At the session of the Founding Assembly of the Association of Judges in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina held in Sarajevo on July 5, 1996, based on the Articles 2, 9 and 11 of the Law on Civil Associating ("Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina", number 6/95 the members adopted this

STATUTE
OF THE ASSOCIATION OF JUDGES IN THE FEDERATION OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

I MAIN PROVISIONS

Article 1
The judges in all law courts in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina freely and voluntarily associate in the Association of Judges in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter "the Association") to realize their professional activities, needs and interests.

Article 2
The name of the Association is: "ASSOCIATION OF JUDGES IN THE FEDERATION OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA".
The short name thereof is: AJF
The main office of the Association is in Sarajevo.
The Association will carry out the activities over the whole territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Article 3
The Association shall keep a seal and a stamp.

Article 4
The seal is round, 30 mm in diameter and contains the name and the place of the main office of the Association in Bosnian and Croatian language written with alphabet letters in concentric circles with a graphic sign of the Association in the centre.
The stamp is rectangular, size 40x30 mm and contains the name and the main office, date and number of the act.
The Association has a graphic sign which has a shape of scale with two pans at the same level.

Article 5
The modes of usage of the seal and the stamp will be regulated by a special instruction, adopted in a meeting at the Assembly of the Association.
